Team Troy Lee Designs Roster changes
That’s right, there are rumors flying around that Team Troy Lee Honda will indeed change up the lineup for the 2007 season. The scuttlebutt at the oil dump drum leads us to believe TLD is moving 2006 lites champion up to the 450 class to make room for a possible new lites rider and former 125 supercross runner-up David Pingree. Remember that Ping won the finals in long beach last fall.
Both riders will team up with current 450 champion and motorcycle legend Jeff Ward.
Not sure of the details but it looks like Chris Fillmore may not be on the team for 2007. It was kind of a shock and the news just leaked out today that Fillmore might explore his racing options. Details why Fillmore didn’t resign with TLD in unknown at this time. We do know Fillmore had some desire to try road racing last year and maybe that is what he might be after.
